As a dedicated and ambitious second year Nutrition Science master's student at Karolinska Institutet with a foundation in Biomedical Sciences at Maastricht University, I am passionate about research that connects nutrition, cellular health, and clinical outcomes. Throughout my academic journey, I've built a technical foundation across a range of disciplines including physiology, molecular signalling, and nutrition science. My background, combined with hands-on experience as a Laboratory Analyst and (Clinical) Research Assistant, has equipped me with practical skills in cell culture, PCR, and advanced lab techniques that I continue to develop.In addition to my academic and laboratory work, I’m actively engaged in leadership and science communication roles. As the Head of Marketing for TEDxKI, I manage a team of motivated students, developing our marketing strategies and creating a strong brand identity across social media platforms. I have gained experience in teacher trainings and conference administration at Maastricht University. I also serve as a class representative, advocating for students need’s and contributing to a dynamic educational environment.Through varied experiences in both research and leadership, I’ve become adaptable, broad-minded and committed to collaboration. With a blend of technical expertise and personal skills developed in numerous positions and activities, I am eager to tackle challenges and make meaningful contributions to the field of nutrition science and beyond.
