At the beginning I started as a normal worker, I was 17 years old and I used to help my dad in the family business, in order to learn this work. With time and the growing experience I started to have more responsabilities: organizing and managing the projects on my own from the beginning to the end, and taking care step by step to all the phases of a project, supervisioning the other workers and designing our pieces.
