As the Director de Recursos Humanos at Grupo Abx, I have been leading the human resources and organizational development functions for over a year, supporting the growth and success of the company. I have over 20 years of experience in the HR and OD field, with a master's degree in organizational behavior studies and multiple certifications in facilitation and competency-based education.My mission is to develop and empower the talent of our organization, using innovative and creative tools and methodologies, such as Tetramap and Lego Serious Play, to enhance collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. I also partner with the Universidad de Monterrey as a professor of asignatura, sharing my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of HR and OD professionals. I am passionate about helping organizations and individuals achieve their full potential and goals.
