From an early age, I realized the connection between people and how their work environment plays into their sense of well being. With a great introduction into HR at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago, my passion bloomed with great mentors which recognized my potential. I Became a Certified Health Care (CHCR) and Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR), and soon realized all of my abilities in sourcing and screening talent. As opportunities to expand presented itself, I became heavily involved in project management, employee relations, training and development, software evaluation and implementation. Working with employees and leadership with policy interpretations and employee engagement activities I developed employee satisfaction surveys and recognition events.
