The specific role of the project team was to group scoped functional items into release bundles and then track and monitor the deployment of the release through the Software Development Lifecycle.Deployment CoordinatorResponsible for the management of the Conversion Deployment area in conjunction with the Client representative to ensure the successful conversion and deployment of data to a new platform. The Deployment Coordinator also works on optimisation of the management and process approaches in the Conversion Deployment framework to ensure the success of the area.
