I am a 2023 magna cum laude graduate of Columbia University in the City of New York, completing my studies in Anthropology and Business Management. Prior to my enrollment at Columbia, I dedicated over eight years to a distinguished career as a professional dancer, attaining international recognition for my contributions. Esteemed critics and renowned media platforms, including The New York Times, Boston Globe, Milk Magazine, IntoMore, Dance Magazine, Pointe Magazine, and Vogue Runway, have lauded my work as both a dancer and an advocate for equity.Driven by a desire to broaden my impact, I made a deliberate transition back to academia, focusing my research on the confluence of cultural, climate, and gender studies with the realms of energy transition and climate solutions. In addition to my scholarly pursuits, I actively champion diversity and equity, assuming a representative and activist role while concurrently serving as the Dance Chair for Columbia University's Performing Arts League for the '22/'23 academic year.Moreover, I currently hold the position of Rotation Analyst at Convergent Energy and Power, leveraging my expertise to propel the growth of sustainable initiatives. My academic achievements include being a recipient of the John Claflin Scholarship and the Ford Foundation Scholarship, along with my membership in the esteemed Honors Society at Columbia University. Through my endeavors, I aim to continue advocating for and advancing climate solutions while fostering systemic changes in representation and diversity across all industries I engage with.
