A former professional athlete and passionate multimedia content creator with 25 years of experience specializing in youth athletics. Mr. Williams was the Founder, and CEO of Through Mind’s Eyes, Inc., a cutting edge, non-profit, creative arts training institute. TME enrolled more than 1,300 students that have invested in future careers through creative arts and professional development. Through Mind’s Eyes partnered with Columbus City Schools and collaborated with the Columbus Foundation to allow students to complete internship hours and give students an opportunity to show the community the skills they have learned. TME then partnered with the mayor's office to offer students a chance to help stop the violence during the summer. Students performed and created video content that promoted positivity and leadership, while also showcasing their individual talents. Seventy percent of those students progressed on to higher education and graduated from schools such as CCAD, Hocking College, and Full Sail to become business owners or employed in the arts. During this time, Mr. Williams also coached varsity football at Columbus East High School and served as the Media Director. He then transitioned to a media business by launching Straight Outta Ohio Girlz Hoopz Media (S.O.O.G.H. Media) in 2012 and growing the company into a recognized brand nationwide.
