Key responsibilities include:Managing comprehensive CAPEX and OPEX projects from costing to scoping and financial analysis.Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for newly designed processes and training staff on these procedures.Conducting detailed Root Cause Analysis using methodologies like Fishbone and 5 Whys to address quality and safety issues.Designing and overseeing the installation of critical machinery, ensuring optimal operation and safety standards are met.Employing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to effectively reduce product defect rates and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).Key Achievements:Successfully commissioned three state-of-the-art paperboard tray presses, significantly enhancing safety, reliability, and production output.Initiated and led a research project that improved adhesion processes through advanced surface treatment techniques.
