Division Administrator
Current• Overseeing daily operations with meticulous attention to detail• Supervising, coaching, training, motivating and mentoring personnel, setting clear goals and expectations, providing relevant feedback and discipline as required• Establishing, implementing and overseeing effective systems, processes and controls• Delivering a high standard of sales, administrative, marketing and financial support including , including compiling documentation, processing invoices and journals, and reporting• Customer service and liaison, building strong working relationships and effective communication channels with management, staff and other departments such as IT, SCM and Finance • Resolving complaints and enquiries• Planning and managing team performance, skills development, talent and culture to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies• Project management tasks including monitoring milestones and deliverables• Procuring all project related goods and services• Drafting and monitoring project budgets• Supervising local and international travel requirements for staff and management • Data entry and database management, maintaining meticulous records• Reading and interpreting financial documentation• Preparing and adjusting finance journal entries, including budget corrections • Identifying and resolving invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues• Maintaining an up to date planning and reporting system• Producing various reports, presentations, analyses, correspondence and other documentation• Performing as a strong member of a cohesive team with strict adherence to health, safety and statutory regulations, service level agreements, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements• Managing staff effectively to ensure customer growth, brand awareness and operational excellence
