I began my working career for a small private forklift company based in Durban. I have worked on both the admin and sales departments of the company for the 5 years that i was with them. Further more, i have also gained much experience in purchasing, planning and daily operations of the company. I believe that i have been exposed to all aspects involved in the running of a small business which has helped me develop my knowledge and understanding of practices and theories that i learnt about in University.I have moved into the battery industry in 2018 as a sales executive for Battery Power Zone who are the retail division of Enertec batteries. They are a leader in the South African battery industry as they distribute Enertec, Energizer and Discover batteries as well as CTEK battery chargers. In 2019, I was promoted to Branch Manager. I have gained extensive knowledge on batteries, inverters/UPS and always adding to my knowledge and understanding of Solar.
