Occupancy Requirements.- Trained in Section 8, LIHTC, ACC, PBV, and HCV housing programs.- Optimal Office Management and Administrative Support with a focus on Asset Management, File Management, Compliance, Accounting, and Collections.- Windows OS expert highly skilled in MS Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Typing: 60 wpm.- RealPage/OneSite, Yardi, and Rent Manager proficient.- Maintains high occupancy and high resident retention.- Promotes healthy, positive resident and vendor relations, team building, and communal interactions.- Physically in shape, able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, assist with maintenance repairs, and sit or stand for extended periods of time.- Ethical and professional.- Teachable and collaborative.
