There is nothing that can't be done. There is nothing that can't be done right without proper training. Given the job will always get done, it can be mastered with the right teaching. My experience in finishing speaks for itself. To exceed the expectation of my superiors is important to me as it helps me help them keep the ball rolling, the machine oiled, and keep things on track. My years in manufacturing is over a decade long. I can only hope to learn more, given the opportunity.
