My key goals are to redesign the companies website implementing proven design ideologies that will increase traffic to raise revenue by at least 10% incrementally over a period of time. I am also leading a social media initiative that will allow the company to connect with it's customers (businesses and individual entities) on emotional levels where customers are confident we will solve their problems. I will create content that will educate our clients on the companies many processes so they will know that we have their best interest at heart.

I teach middle school students the basic fundamentals of using productivity applications such as Google docs, sheets, and slides (Microsoft equivalents also); touch typing/keyboarding skills; introduction to coding in websites and games; creating online content; understanding specific technical vocabulary (difference between LAN and WAN for example); how reading, mathematics, and science is integrated in our technology; connecting technology with real life usesAccomplishments: I primarily teach 8th grade students transitioning into High School. I have succeeded in the students leaving being proficient in the three Google productivity apps, learning how to take a screenshot and provide tutorials or explain how tech works, and be efficient keyboarders typing on average 15 - 25 wpm with one student achieving 35wpm at 90% accuracy.

I taught 8th grade students reading and writing skills according to the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) standards which include: -analyzing text-comparing and contrast of elements-application of literary devices; identifying use of literary devices in text-Using context clues to understand vocabulary within a text-Infer and draw conclusions using text evidence in fiction and non-fiction-Summarize text-Evaluate different forms of media as it relates or pertains to given text-Learning and using the writing process of drafting, editing, revising, and publishing-Produce multimedia presentation using productivity applications in Microsoft Office or Google AppsAccomplishments: During my first year as an English Teacher (2014 - 2015), I was able to raise the STAAR standardize testing scores of the 8th graders by 40% bringing their total grade level composite as 7th graders from 26% passing/satisfactory to 68% passing/satisfactory as 8th graders. This allowed me to become a recipient in Waco ISD's teacher incentive program as well as contributing to winning "1st year Teacher of the Year" award from my campus. In my second year, I raised scores of the 8th graders previous year score by 13% from 46% passing/satisfactory in 7th grade to 58% passing/satisfactory in 8th grade.
