Senior Credit Controller• Debtors Collection• Allocating of Receipts• Full Function of Debtors books• Handing Accounts to Legal• Listing Clients• Journals• Client Recons• Audit Requirements• Sales Support• Credit Vetting Sales Support• Central point for all queries received by Management thereof and follows through back to the client and Sales Associate. • Updating of customer details on the systems.• Assisting Sales compile new client contracts and supporting documents. • Provides basic technical support to customers. Acts as a liaison between customer and internal departments. Refer higher level technical issues when needed to the relevant parties.• Completes various projects for Sales staff and management regarding products/services, special mailings, research and other sales related projects.• Assists with analyzing billing issues, processing of journals and contract process management.• Assist Sales staff with any finance queries with customers• Client visits with Sales Associates
