As a Robotics Technician at Walgreens, I work with a team of engineers and technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the robotic systems that support the pharmacy operations. I apply my technical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the robots and the safety and satisfaction of the customers.Before joining Walgreens, I gained valuable experience in sales and customer service, working as a Sales Representative at Blufox Mobile and a Customer Service Expert at T-Mobile. I developed and demonstrated my communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as my adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and products. I consistently exceeded my sales targets and received positive feedback from my clients and managers.I am passionate about pursuing a career in technology and sales, as I believe they have the potential to transform the world and improve people's lives. I hold a Technology Sales certification from CourseCareers, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to effectively sell technology solutions effectively.
