With The help of Moldflow simulation; successfully implemented design suggestion to get robust solution for the parts & carried out DFM analysis for the same.Thermoforming Simulation - On the different kind of bath tubs, trays with different simulation types like Positive forming, Negative Forming, Plug assist etc. by using T – Sim software. In the thermoforming analysis, we can predict final thickness (minimum) in the part & temperature distribution on the part, critical venting zones, stresses on the pat, final part weight & volume etc.Supported to CFD projects - Using Ansys Fluent 17.0 & X-flow software. I have performed wash performance analysis on the toilet bowls, Urinals in X flow. For industrial muffler; simulated conduction - natural convection effect and checked temperature pattern with the real condition.Casting Processes- Like Gravity, HPDC, LPDC & Tilting etc. have been performed by using Altair’s Click2Cast software for the faucets, different engine components. Main objective for this simulation is to see molding feasibility in terms of melt velocity, porosity percentage in the part, Riser/ sleeve / chiller requirements in the part & it’s locations as well as dimensions etc. Show less
