Through solid work experience being knowledgeable in all areas of the national electrical code creating problem-solving safety training to employees with various electrical controls and systems. Responsible for all fire protection and prevention services directly supervising 7 fire chiefs and 13 staff members for ITT Fire & Emergency Services Northern Afghanistan. Area of responsibility encompasses 13 Fire Stations at 7 geographically separated bases with 300+ personnel, 75 vehicles, and a call volume of 7,000+ responses annually in a combat zone. Direct complex fire prevention and public education programs for a population of 70,000. Developed and implemented operational procedures and ensure properly certified personnel delivers timely quality service.

Lead team of 40 firefighters, 10 emergency response vehicles, 2 stations protecting over 7,000 facilities valued over $900M and a large military airport operation for a Forward Operating Base in Afghanistan with a military fighting force of 30,000 personnel. Managed 29 separate fire departments ensuring staffing, equipment, and supplies were in place to accomplish the mission in accordance with the established contract and NFPA requirements.

Directly accountable for management and supervision of 25 multi-service instructors with an annual course load of over 1,100 students. Filled in as Director, Fire Apprentice Training as required.

Continually monitored compliance issues such as MSDS files, OSHA reporting, etc. Conducts in plant surveys where necessary to monitor possible health hazards. Participated in the investigation of accidents and injuries and prepared material and evidence for use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations. Compiled, submitted, and maintained all accident reports required by regulatory agencies, as well as internal reports and records.
