Mr. Hosseinian has nearly 30 years of experience in management, analysis, design, review, investigation, assessment and construction of US and International projects. His role as project manager makes him an active participant in all stages of the design and construction. John has been working as an outside Plan Check Consultant for OSHPD and DSA. His experience includes the design and development of concrete frame high-rise structures constructed on pile and mat foundation system, wood frame apartment buildings, masonry structures, industrial tilt-up buildings and light gage steel structures. His experience also includes retrofit of URM (Un-Reinforced Masonry) and brick structures based on Division 88 City of LA Building Code as well as working on design-build team on several LAX buildings. Types of projects include schools/higher education, urgent care facilities, hospitals/healthcare (OSHPD), government, aviation, recreational, commercial, industrial and residential structures. Mr. Hosseinian also has extensive experience in design-build projects in California including nine-story concrete structure in Long Beach. Mr. Hosseinian’s work covers all building materials such as post-tensioned and cast-in-place concrete, steel, masonry, wood and cold formed steel structures.
