-Cost reduction of 5kg per robot through new design 3PD Concept developed and delivered for 15K &counting robots at sites like Adani Madhopura, Renew, Dewa Dubai, Juniper, with self procurement of Prototype, Assembly book tools and BOM. - Docking FEA improved design enabling 70% increase per truck loading for logistics and Designing Damping mechanism for Robot stands ac-hieving zero damage in logistics. -Research and development of new robotic versions and collaborating with international teams-Surface modelling to safeguard mechanisms from Weathering issuesMarket & Vendor analysis -Wind load calculation on Complex structures to be installed at site in category 3 and 2 cities-Vendor Capabilty and Assesment. -Designed and Delivered Static brush cleaning mechanism and rotatory brush cleaning mechanism for self charging robots weighing only 4.2kg. with assembly instruction booklets and assembly jigs at site self procured and designed . -Understanding tech requirement of projects, designing proto and inspecting FAI. -Automating design through drive works, -RCA on breakdown robots,-Conducting Site operational, Installation guidelines & Operation inspection report for management and improvement. -Easing operations in production by simplifying, modifying & designing new machines , Jigs & processes easing assembly methods by rapid prototyping by 3D printing. -Guiding Quality team for inspection processes , critical dimensions GD&t, -Lethal defect detection and Regular Follow up with Vendors for improvement and rectifications in goods.
