The agency covers an extensive area of over 30 different tasks from the Swedish government that mainly involve activities that require qualified legal and economic expertise.The purpose of the project is to create the opportunity for the public to get access to political actors' income statements. Where the assignment includes developing a target group-adapted digital tool for reporting revenue reports for the political players affected by the new legislation.Responsibility: This was a Bouvet inhouse delivery where Björg had to manage, mentor and develop the design team. Directing, inspiring and delivering on the creative vision. Björg´s main task was to strengthen the Creatives in the team. Lead the creative development, Creative Direction in the project like UX guidelines, Creative Strategy, communicate cross-functional to understand creative needs. They research the species' relationship and evolution, the evolution of the globe… Show more “Accessibility for the visitors of the museum exhibition, Nature in Sweden”The Swedish Museum of Natural History is a government agency that reports to the Ministry of Culture. They research the species' relationship and evolution, the evolution of the globe, environmental toxins and how humans affect nature.Responsibility: Björg led the UX design work and was responsible for accessibility review of the museum's displays in the Museum's exhibition "Nature in Sweden".The booths have a touch screen that should work for all visitors regardless of age or disability. All visitors should be able to use the displays to get information and understand how to navigate. This places high demands on how the stand is designed from an accessibility perspective. Björg conducted an accessibility review on code, design, and content as well as user tests of the existing booth. Björg then made adjustments and changes based on the results of the user tests and the review.Adjustments were made on colors, backgrounds, and fonts. Contrasts and design, legibility and line spacing, clickable surfaces, and buttons. Graphic adjustments were designed to achieve the WCAG 2.1 AA web directive. The review and design adaptations complemented the existing graphic profile.The sketches and changes were developed by the SiteVision team in close dialogue with the customer. De har även arbetat fram en kanal- och innehållsstrategi för samtliga av Socialstyreslens webbkanaler. Bouvet har levererat ett välmottaget koncept för nya Socialstyreslen.se. En effektkartläggning har arbetats fram och verifieras genom en konceptuell prototyp.Tillsammans har aktiviteterna bidragit till en specificering av underlag för upphandling av nödvändig kompetens och den strategiska riktningen till den faktiska utvecklingen av kanalen.
