Cost of the project was $35 Million.Was also responsible for day to day activities like:• Administrating contract specifications.• Supervising a multidisciplinary team of Architects, Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Building Inspectors etc.• Checking and approving Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings.• Approving Building Materials.• Monitoring Progress, Quality Control and checking/verifying contractor’s invoices.
