Improved the dashboard system to make it easier for brokers to renew their insurance policies. To do this, I streamlined the interface and made it more user-friendly. The goal was to simplify the renewal process by providing clear visibility of key renewal information such as renewal status, key dates, required actions, and a streamlined method to filter renewals. By doing so, it was able to alleviate the challenges brokers faced and provide them with a more intuitive and efficient platform. The redesign of the dashboard not only improved its functionality but also made the renewal process more accessible and straightforward for brokers at Coalition. Based on data analysis, design decisions were implemented, which resulted in a 22% increase in automatic renewal applications. Usability testing was conducted with over 50 brokers, and their valuable feedback led to a 15% increase in user satisfaction for brokers.
