Led the effort to develop a new front-end stack for GoSite, which enabled the launch of a new responsive web-based application that facilitates businesses in managing their website, transactions, payments, reviews, messaging, and other tools. Coordinated and collaborated with other teams such as product management, QE, DevOps, and backend services to deliver a cohesive product.Implemented NextJS, ReactJS, Typescript, MUI (Material Design), Hasura, Twilio SMS, AWS Lambda, AWS Cognito, Postgres row-level security. Created prototypes to demonstrate to the leadership team with rapid iterations and worked with a small team of product, QA, and engineering to break down finalized feature sets into stories and execute them. Successfully moved from proof of concept to product launch within tight time constraints.Provided code reviews and feedback to peers, sharing best practices, to improve code quality. Collaborated with cross-functional teams to unblock and progress features forward.

Worked closely with product managers on wireframes, prototypes, functional specs, and visual design. Response for interaction design/UX for multiple products: Support Center, SMARTtech, and several others. Support Center is an on demand service widely used by support agents or CSRs to resolve issues anywhere in the world using a browser. Agents can resolve issues using desktop/application sharing, chat, session recording, instant diagnostic tools, and remote user login.SMARTtech is an on demand service which allows companies to remotely manage groups of computers anywhere in the world. It can be used through firewalls and has advanced security features such as phone authentication along with passwords.I have also worked on Meeting Center, Training Center, Event Center, and several yet-to-be released products.I also have taken on project roles in branding, localization, cross-platform design, and graphic design.

I designed the program icons for the entire suite of FileMaker products on the 5.0 release (FileMaker Pro, FileMaker Developer, FileMaker Server, etc). I also designed the built-in database templates, built-in Wizard styles, and did visual design. Also designed the first release of the FileMaker online store, which was a major success.
