-Work effectively together with my team on commercial design projects relating to mainly office spaces, amenity centers, and medical centers. -Keep up with current commercial design trends and new, sustainable, and innovative commercial finishes and materials. -Measure spaces to verify current plans,interior space, and site plan are accurate and follow current California ADA guidelines and building codes, correcting outdated base plans. -Complete cohesive and accurate construction documents using AutoCAD, assuring revisions are updated throughout where applicable. -Meet with clients to discuss space planning needs and appropriate finishes.-Design e-boards to present designs to clients to assist them in visualizing their new space and assure they are receiving all features they need and invision. -Create elevations and section details to reflect new millwork, restrooms, and flooring and wall finish designs using AutoCAD.-Create finish flooring and wall plans, as well as maintain an accurate finish specifications list throughout the design phase. -Approve or correct shop drawings and finish transmittals. Submittals are completed using Excel.-Attend punch walks to assure quality construction was performed in accordance to our plans.

-Use AutoCAD to clean architectural files, space plan, suggest revisions to architects, and to create elevations, reflective ceiling plans, electrical plans, and construction documents. -Use excel to create change order authorizations (COA) and interior specification sheets. -Work on multiple projects at a time in an efficient manner.-Work directly with the CAD manager and the interior designers (project managers) as a team.-Assist retail purchasing and customer service to check up on furniture orders to assure furniture arrives on time.
