Culture can change the world if you have the courage to change with it. I’m always on the hunt for the connections and the contexts that can turn our world upside down in order to see it more clearly. One of the ways we do this in design is through putting together people who have never worked together — and help them find (un)common ground.As a future experience strategist, I helped clients create business value by reimagining the human side of technology to design engaging experiences that matter to people, and where people matter. In my work to discover the human behaviors and emotions that drive (or can block) successful products, I found a passion how to design for the culture that helps people who create thrive.I build connections and build up people - I believe designing well for your customers includes a conscious approach to building relationships. Team dynamics isn't a given unless you work to bring out the best in both people and their ideas, and I’m powered by micro actions that drive changing cultures.As a strategist, writer and speaker, I do my best work at crossroads: design, business, social change, culture -- whether it's in the field, the boardroom, or striking up a deep conversation with the people I've met during my work in India, Finland, Scotland, Japan, Spain, France and the US.
