Automation consist of tracking user accounts, query and format application version, opening set of properties and system modules without human interaction• Troubleshooting, apple devices, windows machine, chrome devices patch panels for solving • Assisted Department consisted of Network Architecture, Logistics, and Wireless Engineering Team• Deploy over one hundred machines with preloaded software while documenting for higher level of management

• Assisted the Incident Detection Analysis Team on solving new approaches for detecting threats within the Federal Bank• Operated a UDP detection dashboard for active monitoring • Implemented a Blacklisting/Public IP detection dashboard for monitoring threats • Oversaw a Port detection dashboard for analyzing vulnerabilities within the federal bank network • Created Intensive report for higher level of management (NIRT, National Incident Response Team), estimated 30-pages worth of documentation

• Wrote and organized document consisting troubleshooting, patching, and installing workstation and clustered servers• Imaged and installed over fifty laptops using windows pre-set toolkit • Managed over fifty computer accounts ranging from adding, removing, and grouping accounts within the organization • Maintained physical servers either by installing and swapping new components of hardware • Monitored Microsoft ticketed system with a SLA follow up which improved business operation within IT
