Support campus principals in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding talented individuals to support the growth of Austin Achieve Public School and our academic programs by creating and posting job descriptions, scheduling phone screenings and interviews, maintaining candidate databases, managing email correspondence with candidates, and vetting teaching demonstration videos as needed. Work to build talent pipelines for current and future job openings and ensure full staffing at all schools and departments.

Teaching experience at Austin Achieve entailed a full-time commitment and responsibility to teaching upper elementary math lessons, managing scholar behavior, communicating with families, administering, scoring, and documenting scholar assignments and assessments, modifying instruction in response to data, providing equitable opportunities for all scholars to succeed, and laying the academic and cultural foundation as a founding member of a novice charter school.
