My title doesn't quite express my capabilities and job duties I've performed. I have provided one on one sessions utilizing a Case Needs Assessment, which identified needs and client strengths. I created a working treatment plan, provided referrals, assisted clients with appointments, worked directly with refferants, and their families/support system. I also provided care for Adult Guardianships, worked closely with Tribal and State courts, and programs that provided basic needs medical, food, and shelter.I provided Independent Living Skills to youth whom mainly were referred from Children and Family Services. I worked with the Aging and Adults with Disabilities, connecting clients with services, one on one assistance. I worked with a large caseload, clients ranging from severly mentally ill to needing mental wellness. I also provided Counseling Services for children-adults. I have experience and comfortable working with clients diagnosed with Psychotic Disorders, Schizophrenia, Shizoid Personality Disorders to clients suffering from Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorders, Borderline Personality and Co-Occurring disorders. I have worked with Crisis Response, Stabilization Unit, Foothills, Sacred Heart Psychiatric Unit, and Eastern State Hospital and Idaho State Hospital. I have worked with Social Security Disability and Mental health court in Spokane County. I have experience in the Hospital setting and working with clients to set up Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) Longe Term Care Services, COPES, and Health Care. I have also been a presenter on cultural sensitivity and Organized the Tree of Healing Conference for the past 5 years of my employment. I have training on Canoe Journey, Domestic Violence and Adult Protection Service, Preventing FASD:Creating a Circle of Hope, Faith Based Victims of Crime, and Nurturing Parenting. I have experience working with children to elders, disabled, severely mentally ill, and Medical needs.
