I am an Investigations Specialist currently, and I am working in a Merit America program to acquire my Google IT Support certificate. In this program I am learning everything from basic automation to programming languages.My background has centered around problem solving with an emphasis on soft skills. This includes providing international support with some pretty significant language barriers and an ability to troubleshoot and identify the root cause of my selling partner's issues.I started off in Seller Support almost seven years ago in 2017 which involved a lot of different tools and platforms to diagnose specific issues and errors. Four years ago I transitioned into a different role where the diagnostics and problem solving were more centered around soft skills, de-escalation, and root cause and preventative measures as well as deep dives and thorough investigations. The past seven years with Amazon have made me uniquely suited for a role in IT. I am perfectly adapted for fast pace and frequently changing environments.
