My work ethic centres on driving clear communication through cross-functional teams to boost collaboration and a positive work culture.With a strong knowledge of User Experience Design frameworks such as User-centred design, design thinking and Lean UX, I approach design problems by recognizing user pain points through research and ideating profitable solutions on time and under budget, after which, I prototype them and test with users for usability issues and make iterations based on user feedback.When I'm not designing user interfaces, I'm listening to music and curating playlists, or reading and writing poetry.
