Sharepoint Content Editor And Trainer
Current- As SharePoint Content Editor and Trainer, I:
- Apply basic instructional design models, principles and practices to determine appropriate training modalities for employees of the Army Recovery Care Program.
- Presents instructional material in a clear and concise manner and ensures individuals are knowledgeable in accessing, navigating and using the SharePoint portal for communication, collaboration and document and project.
- Conducts needs analysis of employees’ current level of understanding of SharePoint functionalities in order to determine appropriate and meaningful training.
- Designs and develops lesson plans and training material to support computer based and face-to-face training.
- Creates and revises presentations and instructional materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
