CurrentAs SharePoint Content Editor and Trainer, I: • Apply basic instructional design models, principles and practices to determine appropriate training modalities for employees of the Army Recovery Care Program. • Presents instructional material in a clear and concise manner and ensures individuals are knowledgeable in accessing, navigating and using the SharePoint portal for communication, collaboration and document and project management.• Conducts needs analysis of employees’ current level of understanding of SharePoint functionalities in order to determine appropriate and meaningful training.• Designs and develops lesson plans and training material to support computer based and face-to-face training.• Creates and revises presentations and instructional materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.• Utilizes authoring tools such as Camtasia and Captivate to create step-by-step video demonstrationsof SharePoint features.• Provides monthly SharePoint training in order to educate users of SharePoint features, general tipsand best practices.• Conducts remote training for offsite employees using Defense Collaborative Services, ensuringemployees are able to access and navigate the site, as well as store and retrieve documents.• Provides assistance in making SharePoint portal design changes using SharePoint Designer andAdobe Photoshop.• Provides input and guidance regarding SharePoint portal usage and reference materials.• Creates and updates documentation and instructional materials to assist in training users onSharePoint portal functionalities.• Maintains SharePoint Sample Site as an example of SharePoint features and capabilities, as well astraining materials.
