Badge Technician II primarily focuses on special project execution, shipping badging supplies, advanced access management, troubleshooting badging operations. While operating closely under the supervisor a badge tech II is expected to be able to support special projects resolution while being able to utilize standard operating procedures while independently supporting corporate employees.

Badge Technician is responsible for: Access control for the corporate side of Amazon worldwide. We manage and direct phone calls, internal troubleshooting of access concerns, manage all remedy ticket requests and forward appropriately. Within the headquarters we also service badge offices where we interact, create, and print badges for all employees, visitors and contractors.

Duties of a Security professional as a Mobile Response Team to assist in emergencies as they may arise on campus. Daily response to all Amazon buildings in Downtown Seattle to patrol for any assistance or safety concerns. We monitor and respond in any protests on the within the Amazon zone property. First aid response for any incidences that occur.
