Under the supervision of Tulane Professor Brian Brox, I worked with Councilmember Lesli Harris to draft a policy brief addressing the problem of vacant commercial properties in New Orleans, LA. I worked alongside a team of student researchers to address this problem; our team conducted case studies of other major cities both domestically and internationally, referencing their successful policies and proposing the implementation of new policies in New Orleans. Upon our presentation, the New Orleans City Council adopted many of our proposals, and the strategies will be implemented in 2025.

Completed an internship in conjunction with a class at Tulane -- Arts and Social Impacts. Led the student-run marketing team for the BK House in New Orleans. Coordinated student volunteers to assist with events, including promotional initiatives, event planning and coordination, and execution. Educated the community about the social impacts of art, while focusing on protest as a form of civil engagement and artistic expression. Following the completion of my internship, I presented at an arts exhibition held at Tulane University, where I discussed the role of the arts following natural disasters, using Hurricane Katrina as a case study.

Assumed managerial responsibilities in the absence of higher-level management, overseeing daily operations and delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
