Assisting in the harvesting process: receiving and pressing grapes; creating worksheets for operations such as flotation, cold settling, racking & inoculation, transferring juice to barrel for fermentation; monitoring the fermentation process, incuding yeast selection, yeast trials and nutrition; collaborating with laboratory technicians.
