Processes, and issues permits to builders, contractors, and individuals for construction, modification, and repair of buildings: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, demolition, tree removal, signage, and land disturbance. Reviews permit applications for accuracy and completeness, ensuring required licensing, forms and plans are submitted according to the permit requirements.Processes and issues certificates of occupancy, certificates of completion, upon review and approval ofauthorized city officials process payments via cash, check, and credit card. Prepares, maintains, and updates all records related to the permitting process as required, including establishing computerized records, filing, scanning permits and plans as directed. Monitors and tracts permit applications through the inspection and review process; performs research regarding the status of permit; provides progress updates as requestedResponds to customer or staff request or inquiry related to the plans process function of the departmentin a timely manner. Maintains reject and active plans submitted by contractors and homeowners as part of the permit application process in an organized manner. Greets the public at the counter and on the phone. Demonstrates professional courtesy, tact, and diplomacy in all communications with internal and external customers. Performs other related duties as required

Manage and care for inbound service calls from our Patient Solutions Providers, Dealers, Merchants,Retailers, Patients and Customers. Troubleshoot account or loan issues over the phone and see them to satisfactory completion. Provide general information update on settlement report requests, bank account changes, Plan change, Rate Sheet request, Application status inquiry, Escalations, and Applications. Submit a service case to other key departments to ensure satisfactory resolution for issues such as: Credit Limit increase/decrease requests, Second Look: Credit Limit increase or decline, Split-Plan request, Test Transaction decline assistance, post window Transaction Requests (Borrower PaymentCertificate) Process payments. Manage and consistently update activity within Salesforce.com when needed. Submit medical application for loan approval

Make and confirm reservations for VIP and high end clients using Santa Cruz software. Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules, services, procedures and policies. Prepare customer invoices and accept payments. Answer passenger calls regarding passenger trip reservations, cancellations and general questions pertaining to transportation services Complete data entry tasks related to trip requests at the prescribed levels of quality and efficiency. Provide feedback to passengers in the way of follow-up calls as a course of duty or as required by schedule changes. Communicate passenger trip changes in a timely manner to scheduling, dispatch, or vehicle operatorsMaintain accurate records and appropriate filing systems. Communicate effectively with management staff regarding scheduling or passenger issues. Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and effectively.Provide excellent customer service to passengers, dispatchers, schedulers and management staff
