Spent over a week fertilizing 1000+ coffee bean trees in Providencia de Dota, Costa Rica.Painted, reconstructed and cleaned classrooms in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam over a series of two weeks.3x participant in language exchange program teaching English to students from Guatemala and Ghana.Raised over $18,000 for students in need of a scholarship to attend DV’s volunteer service programs.

Provided feedback and new ideas for service trips through monthly meetings with the rest of the board members.Brainstormed and researched more ideas for the organization on mini-grant opportunities, volunteer teaching, promotions and marketing, and designing and carrying out trips.

Created an incentive program that would increase member participation amongst the organization that will roll out in 2024. Researched other incentive programs from other organizations to contribute to our project. Met and collaborated with 2 other interns and our advisor over the span of 5 weeks discussing ideas, timelines, and next steps.
