At my company, I directly support CTO, SVP, and the VP of Fixation Development.

RDA’s mission is to strengthen public and non-profit efforts to promote social and economic justice for vulnerable populations. RDA supports its clients through an integrated approach to planning, grant-writing, organizational development, and evaluation. Working on the Operations side of the business, my focuses are on contract management, client invoicing, and facilities management.

I began as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and then simultaneously supported 3 other Directors at this mission-driven consulting firm. I created efficiencies within the organization, streamlined processes, and strengthened productivity throughout the organization. +Managed calendaring, expense reports, meeting agendas, note taking, and preparation of presentations.+ Set-up virtual meetings using Skype, Zoom, Go-to Meeting and various other platforms.+ Facilitated all company travel arrangements, purchasing of office supplies, and coordination of all off site meetings.+ Worked with human resources to maintain confidential information, manage headcount, and employee benefits.
