Provided extensive day to day support to the President of FIS, including handling a high volume of calendar and BAU activities as well as leading on various special events and projects. As part of my role, I drove significant improvements across the organization in terms of running more effective meetings, ensuring clearer communication across the senior leadership team and to employees, and facilitating results-driven executive retreats and team building events. I was also responsible for providing guidance and support to a team of Executive Assistants operating throughout the company and served as Co-Chair of the EA Committee.During my time at FIS, I supported the same executive in a range of different roles as progressed within the organization ultimately becoming President.Beyond FIS, I also supported the President in his delivery of various industry and community commitments including his Chairmanship of the P20 Conference for three years and his many fundraising activities.
