I am currently enrolled as a junior in the College of Business at Benedictine University pursuing an undergraduate degree. I am majoring in Organizational and Behavior Management and am seeking exciting opportunities related to a position in human resource management.Being a student as well as having work experience, I have not only been exposed to the reality of the workspace today, but I have also had practice on how to apply the studies I have learned through school to work simultaneously. This has accelerated my growth and has helped me discover what interests me about the business world. My drive, attention to detail, leadership experience, and passion have helped me cultivate the years of experience with supporting customers and developing personalized ways to assist them. This experience has propelled my communicating skills, quick learning skills, and adaptation skills which has molded me into the worker I am today .People are my passion, and I love learning and understanding how we work and grow.
