•Point of contact for the Estimating & Pre-Construction department for Foulger-Pratt Contracting.•Received, reviewed, and distributed new incoming Request for Proposal instructions from Foulger-Pratt Development and 3rd party owners and developers.•Maintained our Subcontractor Database by implementing two new Bid Solicitation systems to the subcontractor community from our department, and Subcontractor Prequalification services. •Managed and maintained the electronic bid board and all web-hosting of documents shared w/ the sub community, along with implementing the web-based document hosting/sharing used between the three FP entities, Construction, Development, and Management.•Researched and created proposal presentation documents as required, for internal and 3rd party distribution. This included the design and lay-out of the materials, along with the assembly of the documents to be distributed.•Implemented a new web based project document control & records shared database, a collaborative system used by owners, architects, subcontractors, and operations. Prepared and maintained the organization of correspondence, contract drawings & specifications, letters of transmittal, bid documents, qualifications and assumptions, and also tracked their status in appropriate logs.•OnScreen TakeOff within Divisions 8, 9, 10, & 12, and following through w/ the purchase of material and installation from the subcontractor for the work to be performed.
