Supply of IT equipment, software and ancillary services for improvement of Centralized Case Management System (CCMS) projectThe Project, funded by the European Commission through the EuropeAid international cooperation programme, aims at developing a Centralised Case Management System for the Courts in Serbia and the provision of HW and SW to set up a portion of the Government DataCenter and 7,500 workstations. The Beneficiary is the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia. CSI-Piemonte is responsible for all the change management activities, to ease the introduction of the new system developed by the project partners

Enhancing e-government in North Macedonia projectTechnical assistance project funded by the European Commission through the EuropeAid international cooperation programme, that aims at developing 135 e-government services for about 20 Ministries and Agencies of the Republic of North Macedonia. CSI-Piemonte is the Lead Partner in the project, together with Norway Registers Development (Norway), Infosoft Systems and ikubINFO (Albania).

Financial and general project support of Fare Conoscere/Faire Connaitre project in the framework of the Pa.C.E Thematic Integrated Project (Interreg ALCOTRA Programme), that aims to preserve and enhance the cultural heritage of the ALCOTRA (Latin Alps Cross-border Cooperation) area. These cross-border areas, in fact, risk more than others not being able to safeguard and promote those elements of identity and cultural communion that they have developed over the course of different historical eras. The Plan consists of four projects that must identify strategies and actions to recover the local heritage, material and immaterial, and to provide useful tools to understand the cultural value of the territory.The project foresees the development of an IT solution, which will allow the digitization and preservation of the material and facilitate its exchange and communication by tour operators, IT operators (startup, developers), teachers and citizens.Activities: project management and financial support, communication activities, document preparation, organisation of events, project and expense monitoring.Project coordination and dissemination and capitalisation activities at cross-border, transnational level

Financial and general project management support of DEAS project (Data Economy Alps Strategy) in the framework of the Interregional Cooperation Programme Alpine Space, financed by the European Union’s Regional Development Fund. The project aims to make effective use of open data to develop the data economy, a global digital ecosystem for collecting, organising and exchanging data for economic purposes in the Alpine areas. DEAS uses open data to develop new products and services on mobility, environment and tourism sector, using APIs (Application Program Interface) that allow direct interaction with those who make the data available. The project involves 12 partners, coordinated by Veneto Region and from 6 European countries: Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, and Switzerland. CSI-Piemonte is the technical partner mainly focussing on data exchange and the project platformActivities: financial support, communication activities, document preparation, project and expense monitoring.

THE4BEES builds on the hypothesis: Energy is consumed by people rather than by buildings. Although most of the strategies to achieve energy efficiency in buildings focus on technical mitigation measures, to reach the ambitious goals on Low Carbon set by EU and Alpine Strategy (EUSALP), both structural and soft approaches shall be considered complementarily across the Alpine Space.The project, cofunded by the Interreg Alpine Space Programme, brings together 13 partners representing regional public authorities, sectoral agencies, business support organisation, interest groups including NGOs and research institutes, from 6 European countries and involvement of 23 observers.

OPTICITIES intends to develop and test interoperable ITS solutions in six different cities in order to provide urban citizens with the best possible journey conditions and to optimize urban logistics operations. It gathers 25 partners from across Europe (6 cities, service providers, car industry, research laboratories and major European networks) and will strive to pave the way towards smart urban mobility.CSI-Piemonte defines and manages the overall experimentations framework in the cities of Birmingham, Lyon, Turin, Gothenburg, Wroclaw and Madrid, and coordinates the activities for the pilot in Turin. Moreover it provides Web Services related to Torino’s test bed and develops software components for the Decision Support System (DSS) and the Traveller Information System (TIS)

Observatory Network to Enhance ICT Structural Funds Absorption is an INTERREG IVC project aimed at improving ICT investment planning at regional level, exchanging and transferring knowledge among the 11 project partner representing 8 European countries: Italy, Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Poland, United Kingdom and Czech Republic. Ongoing projectProject POSDRU/87/1.3/S/64227 Romania: Romanian Ministry of Education – “Training of secondary school teaching staff in the use of ICT and e-learning tools for teaching”. Main project features: Training teachers on how to use ICT and e-learning tools to improve the quality of didactics in secondary schools in Romania, introducing new didactical e-learning methods and supporting the community of teachers on line (www.eprof.ro)

Main activities and responsibilities Coordination of OPSA project (Transalpine Health Promotion Observatory) in the framework of the Interreg Italian/French Cross border Cooperation Alcotra, whose aim is to identify a set of comparable health indicators for cross-border territories between Italy and France. The project is implemented by 9 partners distributed in the 4 cross-border regions of Piedmont and Liguria in Italy and Rhone-Alpes and PACA in France.

Main activities and responsibilities Monitoring tenders and calls for proposals, drawing up tender documents (both administrative and project related) for the main international donors (European Union, World Bank, InterAmerican Development Bank) and international customers in the ICT sector area. Direct contact and management of customers. Backstopping activities on ICT projects on: business intelligence (Office of the Premier of Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa), demography (IADB ­consultancy for the Government of Uruguay on population registry systems, Consultancy for Dirección General de Registro Civil of Ecuador), etc. Responsible for External Relations for the International Projects Directorate. Use of the internal administrative and reporting information system tools.
