As a Business Growth Strategist, I work directly with Automotive Dealerships across the country to recommend, sell and implement proven direct marketing capabilities. During my time as a Business Growth Strategist I have built and maintained many successful relationships, coordinated hundreds of events, and participated in numerous national marketing projects for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler and MINI. I also work closely with Regional OEM Managers for sales and after sales needs. J&L Marketing is currently the highest rated vendor in owner marketing and is known for high-energy Sales Events, Customer-Pay Service Clinics, and integrated data management needs.

In my position as Creative Manager at Engauge, a full-service advertising agency, I managed the entire creative department of over 15 Art Directors and Copywriters. On a daily basis, I worked closely with the Chief Creative Officer, Creative Directors and Account Directors/Managers to understand project needs in order to assign the best creative team based on experience, expertise and interests. Other main responsibilities included setting project expectations (on creative and account side), ensuring all deadlines were met, coordinating client presentations and maintaining realistic workflow schedules for all creative department members. As Creative Manager, I gained extensive knowledge in print, design, TV, radio, digital and social in regards to processes, industry standards, awards and innovation.
