-Receive, review and understand technical and functional job requirements from clients, including Fortune 500 organizations.-Source, evaluate, and review potential candidates utilizing, job boards (Monster, Dice, etc.), LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals to develop a pool of qualified candidates.-Screen candidates for basic technical competence, availability, interest level, visa status, hourly/salary range, and relocation needs for contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions.-Accurately assess candidates’ qualifications, negotiate compensation, and extend offers.-Present highly qualified and interested candidates to the Account Executive, ensuring candidate meets all basic requirements for client needs.-Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring candidates are adequately prepped for phone and face-to-face interviews.-Assist in the on-boarding process of the consultants and maintain contact throughout the duration of the contract.-Follow-up with consultants at client sites to ensure they are meeting expectations and address any problems that may occur.-Work with the full recruiting team to maintain or improve the efficiency of the recruiting process.-Maintain compliance to OFCCP guidelines
