I focused on orchestrating brand and community engagement, strategic activations, and alumni talent development and experiences in this role. As a member of MLT's senior leadership team, I led a team of 12 employees and a $4M budget, driving external engagements and building new partnerships to develop, advance, and connect rising leaders and executives of color. Specifically, I built and directed initiatives related to senior executives, tech equity, mid-career development and advancements, and micro-community programming for professionals of color across sectors, regions, and functions, managing and empowering three teams and one growth initiative.It was a privilege and joyful challenge to champion a network of more than 10,000 MLT alumni to directly impact their organizations, families, and communities.

Headed alumni engagement initiatives and program design for 9000+ professionals of color and MLT's Senior Executive Leader Fellowship (SELF) for alumni executives, senior operators, and company founders. The inaugural SELF cohort launched in 2021 with an intense focus on providing high-impact senior executives the peer community, intensive envisioning, executive coaching, and career agent support to realize their personalized leadership objectives. Our Alumni team delivered community programming, professional development coaching, digital communications, mentorship access, and advisory support to alums of four core MLT programs at the undergrad, MBA, and pre-executive levels.
