• Serve as project manager supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Enterprise Integration (OEI) in the evaluation and improvement of current, agency-wide performance measures to ensure alignment with VA’s new strategic plan and the Secretary’s priorities. Leads team in assessing measures for applicability and quality against SMART goal criteria and make recommendations for measure adoption in the FY 2017 Annual Performance Plan (APP). • Serve as deputy program manager providing strategic support to VA’s response to the agency’s addition to the Government Accountability Office’s (GAO) High Risk List (HRL). Work closely with the GAO HRL Task Force leadership to guide strategic direction and drive execution, specifically in the areas of policy and information and technology.

• Evaluated past digital money efforts by the organization and developing roadmap for implementing blockchain-based, cross-boarder money transfers to empower women in post-conflict areas through financial services.• Led project plan for developing physical Technology Hubs in Rwanda to bring WfWI program offerings and financial inclusion to women without mobile or other connected devices, while also creating a community for learning to use previously inaccessible financial technologies.

• Serve project management role for Veteran Affairs (VA), Office of Information and Technology (OI&T), Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) department driving change management implementation, technology implementation, and performance improvement initiatives across technical programs using Agile and Six Sigma approaches.• Received several awards including the PRSA Toth Award for technology use in strategic communications and Booz Allen’s Evolve Award for best technology adoption program.• Manage cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams in OI&T and the Office of Information Security to integrate information about VA’s Enterprise Cybersecurity Strategy, product lifecycles, organizational change, and emerging technical policies, which require a robust understanding of VA’s evolving cyber and technological landscape.• Manage project budget, task organization, and milestone deliverables. • Led business operations and interoperability of Karen Malkin Health Counseling and MCT Lean, two distinct boutique national health and wellness brands, managing $300k+ annual budget.• Oversaw supply chain management for MCT Lean's product portfolio, managing life-cycle from preproduction to private and public warehousing via Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) and merchant. • Directed social media and communications teams to develop communication strategies and campaigns for user acquisition and direct sales.• Directed national level marketing sales strategy and led wholesale and affiliate programs.

• Project title: “Effects of Naturally Occurring Genetic Variation on the Severity of Mutation Phenotype in the Eye Development Pathway”• Studied the extent of phenotypic expression due to genotype variation in Type 1 Diabetes pathways. Findings would ultimately be used to identify severity of disease in neonatal stages, while also helping elucidate plausible therapeutic pathways for clinical use.• Developed study design and conducted the research project it in its entirety over the course of 10 months, including development of specimen protocol, ImageJ macro creation, genome-wide association studies (GWAS), data analysis, and reporting.• Ran statistical analysis on data from 4,000 D. melanogaster images and drew conclusions based on findings, later published in the scientific journal, Genetics.
