Entrepreneur, Certified Master Transformational & Creativity Coach, and Visual Artist, Desirée East, is a University of California Santa Cruz alumni, who graduated with a BA in Environmental Interpretation and Science Illustration. Desirée's educational background includes the study and practice of Ecology and Fine Arts, exploring Natural History & Environmental Science, as well as, having dipped her toes in a variety of studio art, including illustration, design, painting, ceramics and photography. With her love for the natural world, she has also had memorable experiences teaching Outdoor Education to children and adults as a naturalist and botanist in Santa Cruz, San Luis Obispo and Ventura Counties...her most memorable, leading hikes for Channel Islands National Park. Desiree is an entrepreneur at heart, having started her first business with partner and husband, Brendon East, in 2001, combining her passion of Ecology and Visual Arts as a Professional Landscape Designer for Channel Islands Landscape & Design. As a multi-passionate creative business owner, she has expanded upon her gifts and continues to inspire others through her love of teaching and sharing the creative process as a Creativity Coach, using art and nature as a modality for healing and creative transformation in life and business.Desiree facilitates live workshops and retreats, as well as, online programs focused on personal and professional development. She inspires her clients to create meaningful change in their lives through creative ritual, using art-making as a modality for creative wellness and deep transformation.
