As Store Manager My strengths and position requirements are always molding to the needs of business. Team motivation, the ability to asses, plan and execute are key skills that play into my everyday role. I am a sales leader and exceptionally hard working. With a strong mind for business and visuals I am able to drive sales and conversion. I manage a large team and plan work weeks biased on traffic and incoming product deliveries.
