Collaborating with HR Business Partners, I help identify talent gaps and future pipeline needs through workforce planning discussions and talent reviews.Driven by vision and synergy, I design, deliver, and oversee tailored recruitment strategies and implementation plans, contributing to overall execution.

Serve as individual contributor and leader on retained and contingent recruitment projects and hiring initiatives, with a focus on roles within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. • Provide leadership for recruiters in all aspects of recruiting process to accomplish set objectives. • Establish long-term and short-term strategic objectives based on KPIs. • Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly strategy rollouts and communicate relevant information to recruiters, practice leaders, and clients. • Educate top-tier applicants on job responsibilities, compensation and benefits, corporate structure, business regulations, promotion prospects, and other pertinent information. • Use company's internal database to follow all candidates through process. • Advise and coach hiring managers and applicants throughout recruiting process, including presenting frequent updates on accomplishments and obstacles, market statistics, and industry insights. • Conduct planned meetings with recruiting employees to discuss assigned KPIs, projections, recruitment accomplishments, and obstacles. • Implement tailored search tactics and new account acquisition training and coaching sessions for current and tenured recruiting professionals.
