My responsibilities include the following. I distribute payroll, manage 50+ employees. I occasionally have to interview and hire/fire employees. I am responsible for forming and submitting invoices. I also have to draft site notes for our locations so that our employees know what is expected of them. I set schedules and ensure they are followed. I was a liaison between customer sites and law enforcement. Administer disciplinary actions as needed. I secure customer sites against any unlawful activities. Occasionally I have had to detain criminals until law enforcement arrived to ensure the safety of them and others.

My responsibilities included securing the customer's site against suspicious individuals. I also had some minor clerical and janitorial duties. I was responsible for maintaining company electronic communications. I also had to secure the building and enable the alarm system after all the employees were gone, and open the building, and disable the alarm system when employees arrived.
