General Manager Of Premium Clubs
Current- Oversee the food & beverage operations for three inclusive clubs, two bars and one buffet restaurant.
- Responsible for scheduling servers, bartenders and server assistants based on business need
- Ensure all staff are trained and certified in food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- Establish and maintain accurate daily/monthly inventory; ensure and maintain storage and rotation of all liquor, wine, and beer; coordinate with the warehouse to place orders as needed
- Coordinate with the chef on production of syrups, juices, and garnishes required for the bar
- Create daily specialty cocktails through recipe testing to roll-out
