General Manager Of Premium Clubs
Current• Oversee the food & beverage operations for three inclusive clubs, two bars and one buffet restaurant.• Responsible for scheduling servers, bartenders and server assistants based on business need• Ensure all staff are trained and certified in food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service • Establish and maintain accurate daily/monthly inventory; ensure and maintain storage and rotation of all liquor, wine, and beer; coordinate with the warehouse to place orders as needed • Coordinate with the chef on production of syrups, juices, and garnishes required for the bar• Create daily specialty cocktails through recipe testing to roll-out• Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate global programs, implement new products and procedures, and discuss areas of opportunities, special events, and other activities• Improve service by communicating and assisting employees to understand guest needs, provide guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed• Participate in customer service, and support all aspects of daily operation, including interaction with guests from behind the bar, as well as in the dining room, at the host stand, and over the phone; address complaints and de-escalate conflicts • Ensure the proper handling, maintenance, storage, and security of all department equipment• Interview candidates for front-of-house F&B positions and follow standards for hiring approvals• Prepare and submit daily payroll costs and weekly payroll• Support other Levy properties by assisting with banquet operations during the off-season
